Postage Options 

We have a number of postage options designed to suit your needs. All orders are now fully tracked and tracking details will be sent via email and/or SMS text.


Royal Mail Tracked 24: £1.99 (free on orders over £20)
DPD Local (UK Mainland): £5.99 (£3.99 on orders over £20, free on orders over £75)
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm: £6.50 (next working day and Saturday)

Orders placed before 2pm are guaranteed to be in the post the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2pm will not be collected until the following working day. Orders placed during public and Bank Holidays will be sent on the nearest possible date and may be subject to delays within the postal system.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and complete address details at checkout. Should incomplete or incorrect address details affect delivery time or result in non-delivery, Tablites nor our delivery partners can be held responsible.

Any dates specified for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice. If no dates are so specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time. Orders placed during Public and Bank Holidays will be sent on the nearest possible date and may be subject to delays within the postal system. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock one of our customer services team will notify you via phone or email to arrange a suitable replacement or refund.

Royal Mail Tracked 24

  • These services are estimated to take 1-2 days after dispatch.
  • Royal Mail aim to deliver on the next day after dispatch but this is not a guaranteed next-day service.
  • Fully tracked from the point we dispatch until you receive your package. Tracking information will be sent to you via email and/or text (SMS).
  • Royal Mail will notify you via email or SMS of the predicted delivery day and estimated delivery time. By selecting this service, you consent to us passing your details to Royal Mail for this purpose.
  • Flexible delivery options are available – including Safeplace and Delivery to a preferred neighbour.
  • Orders placed before 2pm between Monday and Friday (excluding public and bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this point will be dispatched the next working day (i.e. orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday).

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (Next Day)

  • Guaranteed delivery next day by 1pm or your money back. Not including Sundays or Bank Holidays. Orders must be placed Monday to Friday before 2pm.
  • Fully tracked from the point we dispatch until you receive your package. Tracking information will be sent to you via email and/or text (SMS).
  • Royal Mail will notify you via email or SMS of the predicted delivery day and estimated delivery time. By selecting this service, you consent to us passing your details to Royal Mail for this purpose.
  • Flexible delivery options are available – including Safeplace and Delivery to a preferred neighbour.

    DPD Local (UK Mainland* Only)

    • This service is an estimated Next Working Day Service (Monday to Friday) subject to the courier (DPD Local)’s terms of service.
    • You will receive a text message or email notification detailing the expected date of delivery which will be followed on that date with a text message or email notification to inform you of the expected time of delivery within a 1-hour timeframe.
    • Text Notification of expected delivery time is available if a mobile phone number is provided during ordering.
    • Upon receiving the notification text or email you can rearrange the delivery date, address, time or Safe Place to put deliveries if you are unavailable to receive them.
    • DPD Local requires a signature upon delivery.
    • DPD Locals delivery times are 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday (Excludes Public Holidays or Bank Holidays).
    • Orders placed after 2pm Thursday but before 2pm Friday are delivered Monday.
    • Orders placed between Friday 2pm and Monday 2pm Will be collected on Monday and delivered Tuesday.
    • DPD Local deliveries are subject to restrictions. See below:
    • *DPD Local excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, UK islands and the following excluded postcodes: AB30 to AB38, AB44 to AB56, AB83, BT, G50, G83, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27, KA28, KW0 to KW99, PA20 to PA99, PH17 to PH99, PO30 to PO41, TR21 to TR25, TR37, ZE. 

      International Orders

      Unfortunately, we are not currently accepting international orders.

      In the event of loss or non-delivery

      You can track your parcel using your tracking number at Royal Mail or DPD

      If your order appears lost or delivered to the wrong address, please contact us and we will contact the delivery company who will advise on the best course of action. Lost orders will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

      Should you be required to collect your package from the Post Office or another couriers' pick up point, this falls under your responsibility. Tablites cannot contact the Sorting Office on your behalf, arrange for redelivery on your behalf or send the order again unless the parcel has been returned to us.
